mate reverse the drill and run it back and forth from clockwise to counter clockwise, to avoid causing the problems your running into....! same way you lap by hand....

You could always do 2x 20a circuits so that you reduce the load by sharing it. Should be able to feed 6x 14awg stranded wires thru one conduit. You can also predrill the holes for the tapcons with a smaller bit a step down from the size of the screws. That'll get it to bite without breaking concrete. Thanks for the video!

Need help!!2007 Honda Shadow 750 Aero /been sitting for 8 years /7900 miles!/All fluids changed, New battery of course and new carb/Fired up and runs great/engine oil light stays on during idle/Goes off and stays off when you give it gas and are riding it/changed pressure oil switch/didn't solve problem/Run 50/50 mixture of kerosene/oil twice thru engine/problem still not solved/What do you suggest I do next?

I really would say it’s different for every bike, because the engines are designed differently. I have a vintage Kawasaki 125cc from the 1970s. For this particular model, the owners manual recommendation is completely crap. The stock carb jetting is extremely lean and oil mixture was recommended at 20:1, which makes the jetting even leaner. And I often hear people experiencing engine failure with stock settings. I richen the carb jetting and lower the oil mixture to 50:1, which I find the bike to run extremely powerful and considerably lower smoke than the stock settings. I guess 2 storks in the 1970s were aiming at better fuel consumption and lower emissions?

How about taking the oil pump gear from a junk unit and chucking it up?

I could be wrong, but I was always taught to wear gloves when you are messing with new bearings

On a CB750K0 that had stood for 30 years in a shed (around Mont Blanc, Aosta, Italy) the engine was stuck. I left it soak the whole winter in wd40 i injected it from plug holes and carb inlets , I used an electric hot gun to warm up cylinders all around, while in gear I rocked the bike gently back and fro, eventually one day I used a big van battery with two jumper cables and activated it on the starter motor itself for a fraction of a second, hitting the end of the jumper lead to the + connecting bolt of the starter, having earthed the bike with the other lead. Eventually it turned. I never applied any continuous force, just lots of little gentle shocks when rolling back and fro, I would not advice applying any torque on the side of the crank

ooooohhhh now i get it. I agree, but never thought about it. Thank you and I should have seen this. IF and I do not know IF the device has a 1 way valve at cylinder end, then reading is good. I do not see a 1 way valve to hold pressure.

Quick question and feel free to inbox me if you aren’t comfy answering it public. But I’m looking to do a custom built bike, I’ve got a couple diff engines set to the side I can play with. Was looking to use the Briggs and strat 200cc motor I have. Since I’m not looking for something by vehicle name make model and year. What would I look for to get a gearbox transmission for it so I can put it on a fabricated frame?

My bike runs with it on or off, idles fine with it off but on take off it spits and sputters and barely lets me shift
